Why should I share my experience that I got from Philippines

There's nothing really new under the sun, but I like when some incidents comes along and it's so different. I find myself strange about the attitude of people,the way of they look at the life. As I worked with these people for more than a decade. I did picked up couple of good pieces of information from their own land and I would like to share it. In most of the developed world we can't find the hospitality establishments with out these people.

Even the government insist on "service with smile" I experienced it. Most of my friends/co-workers found to be hardworking, fair and understanding. More over the creativity and other artistic approach are great even their hand writings are unique like the printing. They are pro to western culture due to their exposure to western world in past.

Let me try my best to pen down most of my findings.
